Melissa has been fantastic, especially as my partner and I navigate many changes in our lives that have an accompanying change in insurance considerations (engagement, moving, etc.). Saved me 60.00 with better coverage. Excellent agent and follows up.  I was able to reach her on a weekend when I had a false emergency.  She calmed me down and fixed my problem in a couple minutes.  Customer service is important to me and honestly that's hard to find today. She is pleasant & excellent to work with.

Melissa was so helpful in finding me quality affordable insurance. I was able to also get pet insurance and Life Insurance for the same price I was paying just for Auto before. 

I had been with Shelter Insurance for over 25 years. I was never happy with them but, they had the cheapest rates at the time. They were horrible about paying for damages to your home that was covered on the policy and their auto rates steadily got higher, even though my driving record was perfect and I had a companion discount. Melissa had gotten ahold of me last year to compare quotes on my insurance but, I never got back to her until a few months ago. And Boy, I'm SO glad I did! She saved me almost 50% on my auto insurance, she even saved me money on my home insurance!   I've never dealt with an agent who made me feel like they actually "cared" about my business, but Melissa goes way above and beyond to help me with anything I need. If I have any questions, all I have do is send her an email and I get an answer or a phone call the same day. She really is a "people person" who cares about individuals saving money and getting the best deal possible for them. I don’t ever want to deal with anyone else when it comes to auto or home insurance! KUDOS for Melissa! :-)
