Melissa is amazing. She is honest with you, when I first came to her she told me to stay where I was because the the inflation of rates and she couldn’t get me a cheaper policy at that time, fast forward a few months my current insurance company decided to stop coverage. I called Melissa is a panic, in literally 10 minutes I had a new policy saving almost $100 a months. She makes the process super easy, she’s very knowledge and honest. I contacted melissa as she was headed out for maternity leave. She then referred me to a coworker but at the time I wasn’t able to save any money. Fast forward…. Melissa is a gem. I found her a few years ago and she began with our car insurance, better coverage and saved us money. Then renters which was again great coverage and reasonable even with us having a prior claim. This fall we entered the home buying process which was quite eventful, but Melissa was there for the ride. I called Melissa and we got a great policy again for half of what others quoted us, with another broker actually telling us that due to our rental claim we were uninsurable. Through the process we had 4 closing dates and the wrong information was sent to Melissa through the day of when we were told the policy was wrong, Melissa took it in stride and came through allowing us to close fully insured on our new home. Melissa is patient and kind and if there is a better policy to find, she’ll find it. If I could provide 10 stars, I would.

I reached out to Melissa for an auto insurance quote after she came highly recommended on my Facebook town talk page on a Saturday. I was hesitant as I didn’t know anyone personally who used her, but she had so many positive experiences that people shared that I decided to reach out to her. I didn’t expect her to get back until Monday but to my surprise she got back that same day and called me later in the day on a Saturday to discuss my options for Auto. She saved me so much money as my old insurance kept increasing even though we were loyal customers and had no tickets and no accidents. Melissa had me in a new Auto policy that same day on a Saturday! She also reviewed my homeowners thoroughly and found that my home was underinsured and made sure we had more coverage than our last provider had for us at a very small increase to our premium. I am very grateful for her quick service and so thankful to have her now as our agent and advocate for our insurance needs. I never do these reviews because customer service is not that great these days but Melissa is the real deal. She responds quickly to questions, explains things thoroughly, treated us like we were her only customers and like a family member. I highly, highly recommend her for her expertise and service for any insurance need.
