DO NOT use Claudia Ruppel. She insured the wrong address. My home has been uninsured for almost a month because she created a policy with my neighbor's address, not mine. She is taking no responsibility for her error and is too busy to help correct her mistake. Her careless error is turning into a nightmare to try to correct.
