Great sales agents, everyone is friendly and very helpful.

The office staff don't stay. Every time I call in I get a new person. When I ask what happened to the last they say the person is no longer with the company. The last rep was nice enough to explain that they were leaving because the manage is one of the worst they ever had to deal with. I wonder how long the corporate office will let this manager keep burning through staff before they decide it's not beneficial to the customers. I had my insurance for several years with Liberty Mutual then it went up. they told me they can quote me with several companies but came back with 1 company that was even more expensive. When I went and got a quote from that exact same company it was even cheaper. I really hope the corporate office does something to fix the issues in this office. Some of the staff I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nobody wants to work for an incompetent boss.

Highest priced quote out of the six I called. Agent was friendly but a little pushy and rushing the call- not qualities I need.

Horrible. Liberty Mutual as a company. I was hit by 1 of their policy holders who ran a red light and admitted fault at the scene to the cop. They value my vehicle at $10,000.00 then want to send me a check for $4,300.00 and tell me I'm responsible for towing, storage and administrative fees for the difference.

Liberty Mutual was no help when two pipe leaks were found in my home. They claimed it was "old damage" because the drip was happening over a long period of time and they would not cover it. Sorry Liberty Mutual, I do not have xray vision, so I could not see this leak behind WALLS. And the other leak was behind my water heater in the garage. I do not live in my garage Liberty Mutual! I have a mold policy so I thought they would at least cover the clean up of that. That was wishful thinking, they are not as they are just a useless home insurance company. I cannot find anywhere in my policy that says they will not cover anything if it was determined to be an "old" leak. Their customer service was nothing to write home about. They never would call me, they never responded to my messages online, long hold times just for them to hang up on you when they do pick up. I feel that they really did not want to help solve my problem.

I wish I could give this company a zero, I am pregnant and had one of the supervisors yelling at me, when I didn't understand what was going on.. they had a bill after they told me my policy isn't up for renewing but still trying to charge me for another month. I got behind on my bill last year and paid in full what I owed and now they are saying I didn't pay all my bills and yet I got a bank statement to show I put up my bills up to date... Worse place ... DO NOT GO THRU THIS COMPANY ALL THEY WANT IS UR MONEY.. THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE U BILLS WITHOUT EVEN DISCUSSING IT WITH U FIRST.. 👎

Service was great and waitress was very good. Food was a little bit of a disappointment.

Insurance is ok (haven’t had to use it) but it’s not like my old insurance company where you can call your agent direct or get a birthday or Christmas card every once in a while.

OMGOSH. If you have Liberty Mutual for CAR, AUTO, BOAT, HOME.  CANCEL NOW.

Unfortunately I had to give your company 1 star, just so I could write a review... Your company is horrible.  We have been with Liberty Mutual for 18 years with our home insurance and our vehicle insurance.  We found out that our insurance payment was due and it was over $250. When my husband called, he found out that your company added our son back on our policies WITHOUT our permission.. When asked why and to take him off, we were told.. "Nothing we can do about it." Your representative got rude, hateful and down right disrespectful to my husband.

Sitting on hold forever, then got a person who transferred me to a number that is disconnected after being on hold another 15 minutes.

I usually deal with them over the phone. Always polite and helpful. Always doable by phone and email. Good company.

Our Liberty Mutual agent in Albuquerque has been Paul Cunningham for many, many years. He has never done anything, but great for us. We have had the vehicle coverage, and it has been awesome. It even seems to go down in payments. Our home insurance with them has covered our issues, several times. They do such a great job with the claims for home damage. We never want to switch to another company. We have used several different insurance companies, and we know the difference..

Fair Customer service dishonest insurance company i have ever dealt with.
my car was totaled, gave half of my car's value.

If you are looking for an honest insurance company Liberty Mutual is not the one.  They are dishonest cheats. Will not investigate properly and will side to those at fault in order to not compensate.  I was rear-ended and they offered to pay 80%, when I questioned how this was possible the went back and because I didn't agree with their proposal they decided to offer only 20%.  How is this possible?  How do they sleep at night?  RUN...  Look for an honest insurance company.

Dishonest cheats. Will not investigate properly and will side to those at fault in order to not compensate.

Only gave one star because zero couldn't be given.  Worst insurance EVER! They do everything in their power to not pay out a claim. Hail damaged roof cost $26,000 to replace and Liberty Mutual adjusters only willing  to pay $6,000. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HOME INSURANCE!!!
