Jill went above and beyond for my family. I left her a voicemail the day after Christmas, when I learned something was wrong. Even though she was on vacation, she called me back that day.  The issue we had was somewhat urgent so I’m so grateful she called me back that day. She took care of us immediately. Wonderful service and a great price! I was with Progressive and was being charged 280$ (each month) which was already 20$ more than my car payment each month. Then Progressive said they were going to charge me 327$ moving forward when I had 0 incidents or accidents. So a friend gave me Jill’s information and she made the process of finding a lower rate and switching to a new company so easy! Absolutely recommend Jill and her service!

Jill Blachaniec has been a great help.  Our company has ended direct billing with Liberty for my car insurance and for my homeowners insurance.
