Alan is one of the best agent I have dealt   with so far from my experience he goes out his way to respond to any text or calls from my troubles with insurance policy
He goes to the extreme if he has to with the agency to make sure you get ALL discounts you qualify for and doesn’t leave you hanging with what’s the next step he is a very step by step breaking it down for you person
making sure you understand what your getting yourself into with policy’s and also make sure you just don’t agree to terms of what you don’t know he always make sure you have the answer when it’s needed and very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone for people switching policy or even starting a new one
