All I can say is WOW! A friend recommended me to Alla Kogan to answer some insurance questions. She was very pleasant and easy going from the beginning picking up the phone. She made everything easy for us from beginning to end. She was very patient getting the right policy for us and not just throwing anything our way for a quick sale. She explained the insurance terms that I was not aware of into easy understandable language. I will definitely be working with her again.

Alla is an absolutely rockstar. It makes working with anyone else in anyone else B2C capacity disappointing honestly. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does and her expertise/knowledge of all things insurance on another level.. but she is just a joy to work with and genuinely cares about her clients and what's best for them, which is rare these days. I am definitely terrible to work with because its usually not till a last minute fire drill, always after standard business hours and usually on a weekend, that I realize I need her help.. and she happily answers the bell every time.. I am pretty sure she's never not working. I hope I can work with her forever but sadly she will probably get promoted.

Alla is the definition of brand loyalty.  She helped me not only get out of an old policy (by saving me half) but was also there with immediate attention when I needed a second policy.  In a world filled with computers and machines she adds a level of personalism and professionalism that will keep you with Liberty.  She knows what she is talking about and is lightening quick to address what you need.  I never thought I would say getting car insurance would be a pleasant experience but it was painless with Alla and I would do it again.  I can't recommend her enough.
