I wanted to get some quotes for auto and homeowners but the wait time on the phone is way too long. If its' this long just to try to get a quote over the phone, I don't want my insurance here. I don't want long holds everytime I'd need to call.

Liberty mutual   I have been a customer for 40 yrs and my insurance right now is disgusting.  Try to get ahold of a actual person to talk to.   Not happy

I used comparion for my car insurance and it went well. 6 months later I got a renewal with an increased premium, I want to discuss it with comparion and the agent I was talking to's number and email has been disconnected. I've tried calling other agents in the office and the office number in general and have been unable to get in touch with anyone at Comparion at all.

i called for my 76 yo father that has  Dementia and  Altimers.
While he's in a doctor appointment and even though I have all the required paper work they need to be difficult...
I would highly not recommend this insurance company to anyone in America let them go rip off foreign people in other countries..
They are truly not an American pro America business..

I switched to Liberty Mutual from Geico and I am so thankful I did.. Danica Perry got a hold of me immediately after I was looking around for quotes and she told me she could get me a better rate. Fast and easy to obtain insurance online. Policy prices won't empty your wallet either!

Four of us went for dinner. Each of us had a complaint. Either the food was not chewable, or it was incorrectly delivered. We received coupons for $ off or dinner for 2 as appeasement. Waitress was superb, so I gave them 2 stars.

How they are still shut down and still “by appointment only” is BEYOND me. Anytime I call they don’t answer. How am I supposed to schedule an appointment if they don’t even answer? It’s a total joke.

My insurance agent is not a bird he's a good guy contact me after I thought something was Haywire hey call me right back tell me what I need to do and it was good to go he's a great agent I would go with them again

Nightmare to deal with. Company is being used to steal identitys with false car  insurance policies . Which they then try to bill you for!

Liberty ins . In vestal is the worst ins
Co. to deal with worst customer service I have ever had. I would rather have a young kid at Mickey does or burger king treat me bad.

Horrible ive lost almost all my things in home theft there taking a long time for reemburstment  not curious at all I got forced out my home and there is no understanding I will never get insurance from them again after this

If you want an insurance company that doesn't pay out when they should and are rude and disrespectful this would be the one!!

This company not only claims to have local offices ( they do not ) But they are trying to scam me out of $174.62. Claiming I never called and cancelled my motorcycle insurance with them, when in fact I did. This company has locations all over the U.S, but the local agent never answers phone. So calls are transferred outside of NY state, never knowing who I will talk to. Liberty Mutual claims they have no record of my calls to cancel. They have no record because they transfer outside of NY state! This company is a scam and I will not pay them a single cent more. I've gone with Erie Insurance for my business and personal coverage.

Great service.  I have never had a problem with these guys and they have helped me out more than once.

We had Liberty Mutual for years, my husband signed up with them to automatically take payment out of his check.  Sadly we were nieve and didn’t realize we were overpaying for YEARS!  For just the two of us, two vehicles, they were charging us over $5,000 a year.  We tried asking for a reduced rate since we were with them well over 5 years with NO accidents or tickets.  They would not budge.  We found another insurance company for a fraction of the price we were paying, added a third vehicle and also our two boys and STILL better rates than Liberty Mutual.  I say, if you want to throw your money down the drain, than you’ve found your insurance company with Liberty Mutual.  This company is a total rip off!!

Pleasant people, but screwed up my insurance resulting in a registration suspension.  And they won't fix it.  NEVER again

I have had multiple cars insured by Liberty for years.  The only reason I am with them is the rate I get.  They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  I transfer vehicles in and out every year due to going to Florida for the winter.  I have Gecko in Fl and they never screw it up.   EVERY time I change anything Liberty screws it up.  Their customer service representatives are very badly trained and many times I have had to argue with them as to NYS rules as far as turning in plates and canceling the insurance.  I just called the other day and screened at them for all the screw ups again.  Today I received a notice from NYS that I do not have insurance on one of my cars because they cancelled it on the same day I added it, how ridiculous.  Not to mention we had some damage to a car from a deer a few years back and there adjuster low balled us for the damage.  I had 2 other estimates showing $800 more in damage and they still refused to pay it out.  I have decided to put more effort in to finding a new company with competitive rates and finally be done with them forever.
