***EDIT!!! Kyle reached out again and is 1 of very few people who had handled the situation the way he is. People are human and nobody is perfect. I understand now why he has such high ratings as he does. That was also why he was 1 of the first agents I reached out to for coverage. He took extra time to explain options to me that may be best fit even if he is unable to receive a commission for it. Essentially, he has now done the complete opposite of what my original review stated. He put time of his into directing me with advice on what might be the best ways for me to get insurance at a fair price, even if the policies don't go through his office. Instead of not bothering to run a quote because it wouldn't be worth his time, he has advised me the best ways to obtain a policy, using his time, with outcomes where the policies might not bind to him. I honestly said very few people are like this but I need to be 100% clear that I've actually never ever ran into someone with their character being as mature and professional about this. He could've left this alone but instead he didn't. Thank you.

I called a few times this morning for a quote and nobody picked up. I then received a callback roughly 3-4 hours later. I explained that I just had a situation involving my health. I stated that I'm a paralyzed quadriplegic and that I was looking for a broker to run quotes with a few companies, for the van and home I own.

He tried to lie to me and said to do a quote online then try to finish it over the phone, that it would be different than asking him to run a quote. I stated that I had worked for State Farm licensed to sell insurance and that it didn't make sense to me that putting my information on the Progressive website compared to him.

Instead of earning long term business, he interrupted me again and all he had to say was "sorry John, I can't help ya" and abruptly hung up. The entire time I was very relaxed and didn't do anything at all to deserve that.

DO NOT give this man Kyle an opportunity to earn your business. It seems like he figured the quote would be high for me, that I wouldn't take it, so it's a waste of his time. I'm aware of the insurance market and how rates are based, variables wise. This man has terrible ethics and even worse communication skills.

One Awesome, Awesome guy!! Totally went above and beyond for us, when absolutely no one else would.  We contacted him on a holiday (also his day off) to get insurance, and he contacted us back that day and tried to resolve our issue at hand. Within a couple of days we had it figured out and right again!! He worked it out, got us insurance and still called back to see if everything worked out ok. Also went out of his way to get every discount that we could possibly get after learning our financial situation too!! Recommend, absolutely!! If you're stressed about insurance, do not hesitate to call him!! He is a liberty Mutual employee, but can get your insurance through any company you wish!! You'll be happy you did!!
