This Agent I friggin AWESOME! Not only did he save me money day one, but the headache and frustration of dealing with State Farm also. I had them for years and Liberty Mutual has lifted a burden off of me. Bear in mind, I don't submit claims or get tickets and only carry insurance because it's the law, but I couldn't even get State Farm to take my payments without some type of error. Brian M. Ahern made the transition very simple. He was extremely informative as to how to save money even though it wouldn't benefit Liberty Mutual. I feel as though he put the customer first  and this is a quite rare given the economic state of the nation. I will be recommending Liberty Mutual to all of my friends and family with instructions to contact my Agent directly.

Brian takes car of his clients. Of course you always hope you never have a need to speak to him after he writes your policy, but if an unfortunate circumstance arrives and you have an incident, at fault or not, you will be glad he is guide.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and this is my 21st year with it. In addition to this unique disease my neighbor decided to burn our building up committing arson. Therefore, I have been a squatter brain, depressed, crying, confused person since the fire on January 6th,21. Mr. Brian Ahern provided PATIENCE, empathy, Good Quality, Good value, professionalism and was very responsive in the numerous quations I had.
In addition I was moved to trade in or get rid of my vehicle that was burned in my neighbor's arson event. Brian was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE and helpful as I changed the vehicle twice in my crazy attempt to move past the burnt up items in my life.
Then the salesman at the car dealership asked for my insurance cards and I am forever thankful that Brian answered the call and I gave the phone to the salesman, Eric.
At the end of the day all I had to do was wait for the salesman to finish his paperwork and I drive home with a New Vehicle...WITH NO BURN MARKS from a fire.
Thank you thank you Brian! For the first time in months I am happy to see my vehicle and drive it. I feel safe in my new vehicle and my car insurance!
