I have Alyssa as my home and auto Insurance agent.  She is very quick to respond any time that I have a question or a problem. I recently had a flood in my basement.  It was a disaster.  Alyssa was able to steer me in the right direction and help make it a more manageable situation.  They had all the people in place to come out and survey the damage and get it resolved.

I also have the pet insurance from Alyssa.  I have used it many times.  One puppy had an overnight on the ER after eating something he should not.  It was a relief to know that he would be ok.  Another Golden had lymphoma, he had chemo treatments.  The insurance covered 90%.  It gave me peace of mind that I could take care of my baby and and not worry about not being able to afford treatments.

Alyssa is very caring and professional at the same time.  She knows her insurance and will not sell you something that you do not need.  I highly recommend that you call Alyssa for all your insurance needs. She will not steer you wrong.

Alyssa has been the best agent to work with at Liberty Mutual. I feel lucky to have an agent there that I can trust. I have referred her to a few family members and friends and they have nothing but great things to say about her. She always guides me in the right direction and always has my best interest at heart before her own. Her responsiveness is excellent. She always gets back to you in a reasonable time for any questions you may have and always has the information you are looking for.  She is the reason why I stay at Liberty Mutual. Alyssa has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain coverages and recommended what she thought my family needed to stay safe and secure. Getting insurance is a pain in the neck. There are so many factors and so many levels of coverage. Sometimes you think you are covered and you find out later that your are not. 

When I was recommended to Alyssa I didn’t knew what to expect. I had came from a smaller insurance agency where I had great personal interaction with my agent. But the rates where killing me. So I switched to liberty mutual and I have found the savings I wanted from the big national insurance companies, the coverage I needed and I got the same kind of personal one on one experience I had with my old insurance agent. Alyssa is always there a text or call away. She always has a prompt answer and I don’t think I could ask for more for a insurance agent.
