I needed a new home insurance in Brooklyn, NY. My Liberty Mutual (MD) agent referred me to Derek Lee. And I am so glad he did.
From my first conversation with Derek I was very impressed.  Derek demonstrated  true professionalism who deeply cares for customers like me.  Derek took me through the process of obtaining a new policy and explained complicated issues in a simple manner. Derek has a keen sense to customers' need and his top priority is customer's satisfaction.  He is an excellent communicator and when he says "I'll call you back" you can bet your life on it.  Derek is also a great finisher, he will work tirelessly
until the policy is finalized.
And did i mentioned Customer Service? His, is exemplary, the best customer service one can hope for.
The whole process was a very pleasant experience and I feel fortunate to have Derek as my agent.

Needed to purchase Home insurance, found Derek online after reading great reviews about him. Derek is absolutely outstanding. Whereas you get "robotic" answers from a lot of insurance agents, he's personable, knowledgeable and upbeat. If Liberty Mutual don't have the perfect cookie-cutter plan for you, he sets you up with a trusted, A-rated alternative Plymouth Rock insurance which they stand behind. The great thing about that is it is geared more towards the Manhattan apartment dweller, where they know that the security concerns of a condo or coop are different from a house in the 'burbs. That alone is worth calling him up for - who's sick and tired of being lumped in with "suburban houses" especially when we tiny apartment dwellers pay as much or more in real estate taxes as 4 br houses... Also, agents get a token commission but rely on volume, which is why many blow you off if you have a case that's not cookie-cutter - they don''t care, and don't need to. Not so with Derek who bent over backwards. All in all, it was a truly seamless, pleasurable transaction that solved my problem. He's all you could want in a customer service rep and clearly a terrific human being! Promote this man already!
