Donna saved the day!!!!  I had one day to get insurance and I called her late in the day, but she didn’t mind she worked until she had a solution for me… She did her best to get me most affordable price. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, and  kind. I felt comfortable expressing the situation  I was in with her.  I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am for her. Though this is about insurance, when talking to Donna, it was personal, easy going, understandable and knowledgeable! She explain every detail, every questions without getting frustrated with me.
