Very difficult to get a hold of. Not knowledgeable about their own policies. Inconsistent billing. One person actually hung up during a phone call with my wife where she was asking about our policies and the inconsistency of the billing statements. We were told that if we signed up for a life insurance policy that our monthly payment would go down. This was true for the first couple of months, but then the monthly payments went up again. I would not recommend Liberty Mutual. For anyone that is able to find insurance somewhere else, please do so.

Great Insurance company Just try not to get in an accident cause you will not stick with the same claim adjuster. But Mrs. Michelle is a sweet heart. I love her to the moon and back. Shereen knows her job really well, and she explained all my questions patiently. After a few days of moving here my car had some issues, and I don’t know any auto shops here. So, I asked her, and she was genuinely willing to help me out. Overall, she’s awesome!!

Don’t go with liberty. They do not help when you get in car accident. They threaten you and refuse to pay for services completed on your vehicle leaving you without a car to drive for months. Would give ZERO STARS if I could.

I just want to thank one Doris King for pretending to be SO incompetent that I literally give up on trying to inform Liberty on the value of my vehicle of a total loss due to the current use car economy due to the pandemic. $2227 is hardly acceptable to find a reliable car with especially when I need it to get to work with. But saying straight up lies and pretending to be incompetent is how Liberty Mutual works I guess. Thanks for screwing me because you cannot find it in you to insure people who know how to drive, and instead of compensating the victim fairly, you screw them and then continue to insure the person you is a liability to your company.

My agent Shereen is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood the process and what I was getting. I have been with the same provider for 10 years. She cut my bill in half AND provided extra coverage, including a life insurance policy.

I've been on hold for 23 minutes to see if I can get my rate lower. Two things happened this year. First I retired second I moved into low income senior apt housing. This move created an increase of premiums to nearly $750 a year. ARE YOU GETTING THIS.IM A SENIOR ON A FIXED INCOME WHO HAS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN FOOD AND INSURANCE. I Only drive 40 miles a week,tops

I was with liberty mutual for almost a year and let me tell you it was not a very pleasant experience. I like most Americans live week to week on a paycheck with that being said liberty mutual was supposed to take my payment out on a certain date and that never happened it was usually five days to a week later and therefore the money wasn’t in my account so instead of trying again they just canceled my policy I didn’t think that was very fair. So I called to see if I could catch it and make it right so that I could keep my policy active but the man on the phone said that I couldn’t because it was canceled Very Very unhappy with liberty mutual.

Low insurance cost however when I went to sign and pay it increased. I couldn't figure out why. Also the commercials omg its now a running joke with me and my husband. He loves them and I find them constant Liberty Liberty Liberty a bit much. Lol. Good place will probably return soon.

We switched to Liberty Mutual earlier this year and are glad we did. Casey Davis made the switch painless by patiently answering all of our questions and helping us run down paperwork. Saving a bunch of money is nice, but there has been no sacrifice of service. And the website is easy and intuitive. I highly recommend Liberty Mutual and Casey.

It’s rare for people to post positive reviews, because we (as customers) expect to receive good service on a consistent basis. But since we’ve switched to Liberty Mutual (Almost 2 years ago), it’s been above-and-beyond. I live in Dayton OH and have worked with Casey Davis since day 1. He’s been there when I switched jobs to answer life insurance questions, he’s been there to answer questions when we had storm damage, property theft, and so much more. But rather than just “answer questions,” Casey provides you real-world answers and treats you like a brother instead of just a customer. I’ve seen him out-and-about around town and he’ll always take the time to approach me and ask how we’re doing. It’s just good to have an insurance agent that you can trust. It’s actually pretty rare in my experience. We’ve been longtime State Farm customers, then we switched to Progressive - and I can say with 100% confidence that when we finally switched to Liberty Mutual, we knew we found a long term “home.” What attracted us initially were the rates. But what will keep me with them is the feeling that we’re not just a cog in some giant monstrosity of a company. We’re known customers treated with respect - and that includes prompt responses. Reading some of these other reviews, I honestly feel like they’re fake - there’s no way some other insurance company is beating Liberty Mutual in Dayton. No way. They’re probably just jealous because they’re losing customers to Casey Davis!

Ok company but they dont give you a date on when they will take money out of your account they just do it when they feel like and if you dont have enough money to cover the bill because they try and take the money out a week or two after the bill was due I mean come on!

Took 2 payments from me and refused to refund. On top of that a drunk driver hit my house and they said they couldn't get me a hotel after I just pd the $1100. One agent hung up on me. Nobody returned any of my calls. Way too much money spent to get the service I received. Canceled after paying a wk ago and they only gave me $100. I would never recommend them. Only had 6 months and it's been hell

This insurance company is a scam!!! I live in OH and I just add toyota Rav 4 to my policy and it got increased $240. I wasn't paying attention to the bill and I just started to check the bill and I was shocked. Eventhough everyone had clean drinking records I was paying the highest insurance.

We have been customers since 2017. Our sales agent is Casey Davis, he is absolutely horrible at returning emails and phone calls. I got a phone call from Austin, a sales associate who works with Casey. He told me that he could save us $500 a year, said he'd call me back the following afternoon around 4p. I never got that phone call. The customer service is non-existent. I'm currently looking for a different insurance company.

Let me tell you this, if you're looking for insurance you better get it someplace else. I had a vintage camper that was totalled out due to a tree limb hitting the roof, I was paying for 20,000 in coverage. They couldn't find another camper in the condition that mine was in and told me fair market value was less than 5k. They also told me nothing in the camper was covered. Their crooks. So my advice to you is don't get your belongings covered by this company. Buyer beware..

Switched from SF for our home/auto/life because LM rates were way more affordable for the same coverage. LM made the transition smooth and took care of everything. Friendly and knowledgeable reps and a very detailed website to manage your policies. We had pipes burst in our home. The entire process of filing the claim, to the agent coming to assess the damage, to getting our check took less than 48 hours! Incredible. We are very happy with Liberty Mutual. I have been a policyholder with Liberty Mutual for over 40 years, and have been very pleased at all levels of service, sales as well as claims. I have had a few claims through the years regarding my Homeowner and Condo Policy and are extremely satisfied with the claims department and the final result. I feel rates are very competitive and customer service has been great. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Was a customer for 10 years with 1 claim, but rates jumped EVERY year. I expect minor rate increases yearly, but with a clean driving record and nearly 10% increases almost every year we got sick of the premium game. Loyalty means nothing.

We recently had Cory of Liberty Mutual quote our homeowner's insurance as well as our automobile insurance policy renewal. We were so excited to see that he saved us money while providing much better service than what we had been getting. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Liberty Mutual and Cory Mantia! Thanks Cory for getting our rates to a more reasonable amount. Terri Trame in the last week-Edit Window World did an outstanding job on my recent installation. They were prompt, polite and were very professional. I was amazed by how quickly they completed the project. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will use them again when we perform the installation of our addition to our home. Thanks Jeff!
