I can’t say enough great things about Christina Carter. I would recommend her to anyone needing any kind of insurance! I can only give her 5 stars but if I could I’d give her 10!! She’s extremely professional, responsive and get things done in a timely manor.

I have tried multiple times in the last two weeks to reach out by phone and email to Marcie Thompson, the adjuster that was assigned to my claim, from an auto accident and she does not return my calls. I have called both the local number and the 800 number for Liberty Mutual ,and they said they would reach out to her and have her get back to me, and still no response. I do not recommend Marcie Thompson, or Liberty Mutual Insurance when it comes to insurance claims. They are making it very difficult to get my car repaired.

I was rear-ended by a LM client and have not been able to make contact with a human. I call and leave my name and number but yet never receive a call back. No one from Liberty Mutual has called me about an investigation to see if I'm ok. I've been trying for WEEKS to make contact with someone who can help with my claim. Terrible, just terrible.

They do not want to contact you to an agent, in the area . My guess is this has gone international . Cody who I spoke with explain problems we had online . Also stated she can salve them problem today after sending to ? Not sure what or who . I expressed concern with the privacy agreement . I ask . Voice kept speaking higher and anxious .Cody said she is an agent . I took a test so I can sell anyway . I ask what would your credential title be . Then she said we our running and circles , you our wasiting my time . Then hung up . My voice was even tone though out the conversation . 🙄

I actually received an inbound call from one of the reps at the location she was calling in regards to an insurance payment & checking to see if we had sent it out from the escrow account. I advised the agent that it hadn't been sent out & I asked her to give me one moment while I looked at the account I noticed that she did request the payment July 3rd however it hadn't been sent out as f yet. she sat the phone down & I could hear her being snarky with a colleague in the background. About how she just put me on hold & she says they didn't send the payment out seriously, she asked me if I wanted the payment overnighted seriously... all while I could hear her I advised her she should put the phone on mute before talking to others because I can clearly hear everything. I advised her that she should always make sure the phone is on mute when talking about the customer/caller. Very poor customer service & professionalism.

The worst service I have ever experienced over the phone. I am insured for my business and for the first time I filed a claim. I was then connected to Judith Kraut who was assigned to look at the case and determine what was to be done. She was the most rude and condescending person I have ever spoken to. She would not even answer my questions about my policy and told me I would have to look it up myself. She spoke to me as if I was begging her for a handout not as if I was a paying client. It was the most disgusting conversation I've had with anyone because of what she would say and her nasty tone. I am now looking for another company to insure my business not because of Liberty Mutual's policies or anything regarding the company, but solely because of Judith Kraut. If they are okay with hiring someone like her, then there may be others and there is no way I will be okay with dealing with that again. I will not pay someone to speak to me in that way.

Fantastic customer service! Mike Hisle and Morgan are amazing. I have several accounts with Liberty and worked with Mike Hisle and Morgan for each of them. They make sure you are getting the policy you need and they have saved me money on policies. The claims department is also fantastic and make filing a claim easy and pain free. Highly recommend!

A Liberty Mutual customer rear-ended me. Little did I know that it would turn into an odyssey of not getting paid. Liberty Mutual valued my car at thousands less than what it was worth because they used a base model for comparison. When this was pointed out to them, that my car was NOT the basic model, and was the top of the line, they stood by their incompetence, adding only a few hundred bucks. They pressured me to accept their balogna value by cutting off my rental car. They told my insurance agent that they couldn't get to the value I was asking for. However, when asked, they didn't even know what I was asking for. Overall, Liberty Mutual was a horrible experience. Nothing like their advertisements.

When i first got Liberty Mutual my bill was low. After 3 years of being accident and incident free, my insurance bill increased from $115 to $170. I will be finding another insurance company ASAP! Customer service really sucks. I called them about it but they just seem to be all about greed.

Liberty Mutual provides horrible service and because of them I am out of $141. It all began when they enrolled me in a new policy and failed to begin coverage the same day. It's common sense to an agent that a vehicle can not leave the lot without coverage. They had coverage begin the following day. The AllState agent on site at the dealership noticed their major error. I was then forced to go with All States coverage which began the same day. I contacted Liberty Mutual and they apologized for the error and cancelled my policy. They agreed how serious the wrongdoings were. I was told the same day by Liberty Mutual that I would get my refund in 2-3 days. I've contacted Liberty Mutual several times. Now the date is 3/27 plus 2-3 days for me to get my money. Go with AllState
