Won't ever go Back! They did nothing to help. So Switched to Esurance and now im Saving!

Liberty Mutual will NOT take responsibility for their own mistakes. Apparently, there was a computer glitch and the automatic payments were not received from Jan-Oct 2021, in spite of the fact that I had been enrolled in their auto payments since 2018. Without any warning or explanation, my payments doubled in January of 2022.  In fact, it took 5 phone calls before anyone was able to figure out what had happened to make my payments double.  I have been very disappointed with how this has been handled as they continue to expect payments for both years. I was forced to decrease my car insurance to the bare minimum to lessen the payments, but they are still more than $400/month.  As a single mom, I cannot afford this. I would not recommend Liberty Mutual.

By far the easiest insurance policy i have gotten. Andrew took the time to explain all the arcane terms that insurance companies use to make everything impossible to understand and answered all of my questions.

Also, I am getting car, renters, and life insurance for less than i was paying progressive for just car.

He even worked around some communication and technical difficulties in order to ensure things were properly put in place. Changing car insurance companies is not an easy thing to do. It can be stressful.
I've been with one insurance company for a while and was comfortable with them, they are a reputable company but with the budget being tighter, I really felt I had to find a company with better rates.
I heard of Liberty Mutual, remembering their ads on TV.
I gave them a call in Perrysburg and they made it so easy for me to switch.  I compared them with my previous Insurance Company and I was able to save at least $30 a month between car & renters insurance which in these times was better than nothing and I get good coverage, that's all I need right now is good coverage.
Worth checking out, the salesperson that helped me was Zoe, she's terrific! Thankyou Liberty Mutual!

Great deals! My only issue is you have to sign documents right away when they provide them to you. I like they have accident forgiveness, also the by mile program is great it help with not over charging for distance you don't drive. Why pay for insurance if you drive less than 25 miles per month?

I switched to Zoe a few months ago and she gave me great coverage and I trust her with my home, auto, and umbrella policies. She made sure i understood my coverage and answered any questions

For starters, I worked with Zoe and she literally felt like my best friend after finishing our phone call. She asked multiple questions and made sure to explain to me what each of them meant and why she was asking those questions. This is my first time buying a home so I knew absolutely nothing but Zoe understood and walked me through the process until the end. She is kind and understanding and deserved a review 100% about her. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She got me the best rates (and trust me, I shopped around and couldn’t find anything better) and she had open communication with me the entire time. When I called, she would answer 99% of the time and if for some reason she didn’t, I heard right back from her. There is nothing I hate more than leaving message after message and never getting a call back but this experience was nothing like that at all. If I could tip her and give this rating 1 million stars, I would. Thanks Zoe for everything! You’re the best!

Honestly the best rates I could find. I switched from USAA with 2 cars and renters insurance and tripled my coverage and lowered my premiums by $1,200/yr. Jackelyn Lee is the best!  Our insurance needs has changed twice since we first switched a year ago.  She is very prompt and thorough. My husband and I carried liberty mutual home and auto insurance for years.... Never a claim on either.... We were able to find cheaper insurance (half the cost) through Grange. We found even cheaper insurance with a specialty company, as my husband is a veteran and it's specified for veterans.
THE LARGEST PROBLEM WITH LIBERTY is their new policy, that liberty claims is "the law" now. They will add anyone to your insurance policy that the insurance company  "thinks" lives at your home. You have to prove that they don't live there by mail 🤯 what? That's insane

Chuck Bohnsack has been my agent for over 20 years, he has been great to deal with when I've had to make claims or ask questions.

They said they could insure my boat & wrote a policy & 2 weeks later canceled it charging me $50.

Got in an accident and the other driver was at fault but did not have insurance. Liberty Mutual "covered" me but beat me up on the value of my car, will not return my phone calls or emails, and now is not responding when I received medical bills related to my accident. No one ever has any answers as to why I cant get a call back or a response to my emails. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I WOULD NOT recommend liberty mutual to anyone. Company feels like they're constantly trying to scam me.

Won't find a better team of Insurance Profesionals in Ohio!!

First visit great but rates went up so went back to the Talmadge location. Not a friendly place, doors locked as if it was the Mint bank. I had to ask to come in and sit down to speak with an agent. The individual was going to conduct business out in the lobby. I was insulted and asked why were they were so unfriendly and unprofessional.  Finally spoke with an agent inside but she didn't take care of the situation. Due to bad service, incorrect pricing, had to switch insurance company. Liberty took it upon themselves to send our info to some unknown company in California. Totally screwed up our mortgage rates. Just the fact the doors are locked should have given us a clue this was not a good place.

I made a great decision switching to LM. I truly recommend speaking with Jackelyn Lee. She will answer all your questions and take good care of you. I love quick responses and Jackie will make sure you get the proper attention. Give her a call.

Liberty Mutual is garbage. The allowed me to get home owner's insurance that I was paying in get faith then cancel my insurance policy. If I knew they where going to do this, I would have stayed with the insurance company, I was with

Well,  there are too many negative reviews so i'm going to steer away from this insurance company.  Convince more of your customers to give reviews because this looks bad.
