Bama is more like family. Keeps are rates low, recently had a claim, and she helped us through the process, and we had coverage that others didn't for water backup, she Even caught  an error from the claims adjuster. She is your agent and cares about you and not how it benefits her. So glad a coworker referred her to me yrs ago. 

Amazing customer service and always makes sure i understand the differences between my coverage options and what might work best for me and why.

Alecia Henson went way out of her way to help me find auto, home, and umbrella insurance that saved me $1800 and increased my coverage. This was amazing, the time she spent with different quotes from three different companies along with text messages, emails and phone calls that went way past normal business hours.  If you have insurances needs or want to see if there is a better rate, your best bet is to contact Alecia.
