I had a question about an increase in my auto policy fee and called JGL to ask about it. That call resulted in a decrease of about $600 from the online previously stated policy cost . That's two years in a row something like this has happened. JGL is worth talking to.

It was time to renew my policy and I called Jacqueline to see why the policy increase happened.
