It was time to renew my policy and I called Jacqueline to see why the policy increase happened. She not only gave me a satisfactory answer she also checked competitors prices to assure me that the increased happened across the board with other companies and that my policy was still the best deal out there. After a decade of working with a different agent, I was forced to find someone new to help with insurance policies. I had a question about an increase in my auto policy fee and called JGL to ask about it. That call resulted in a decrease of about $600 from the online previously stated policy cost . That's two years in a row something like this has happened. JGL is worth talking to.

Ms. Girard-Lweallen took the time to walk the through each benefit available to me. She had the paitence to answer all my logistical questions concerning the process of switching policies. Further she was readily available to assist me in finding various documents I had need of for my renters policy. She went above and beyond to build a policy that fit all of my needs as well as saving me the most amount of money possible for someone in my age group and specific financial situation. I would strongly recommend reaching out with any and all questions concerning one's insurance and how Liberty Mutual and can offer better policies.

Jax was our agent for 7 years while we lived in Eugene. Her service was always fast and accurate, and we felt like she was watching out for our needs. When we moved out of state, we forgot about additional coverage that needed to be corrected, and Jax expeditiously handled the matter.
