I initially reached out to Raj Marfatia (Comparison Insurance Agency) for a comparable auto insurance policy, expecting the same coverage I previously had. Unfortunately, despite setting up the policy, he neglected to include windshield glass replacement—a critical coverage.

When I discovered this issue after my windshield cracked, I contacted Raj for an explanation. He insisted that glass coverage was only available if the full $750 deductible was paid. This was false. Under the same insurance company three years ago, a chip was repaired without paying the full comprehensive deductible.

Repeated attempts to reach Raj were met with silence—he ignored texts and calls. Eventually, he stated, "There in general is no longer that $50 deductible glass option like there was in the past when quoted Progressive for you." This was also untrue. A claims adjuster confirmed this coverage still existed, however, was currently not on my new policy which went into effect a couple weeks ago thanks to Raj.

At this point, I was in jeopardy  of having to pay the full $750 deductible through insurance, or pay for the glass on my own. Fortunately, the insurance company helped file the claim, sparing us from paying the full deductible.

Even after resolving the issue without Raj’s help, I informed him of the outcome and asked for a follow-up call upon his return from a trip. Two months later, no response.

I don’t expect an agent to be available 24/7, but basic accountability and post-sale service should be a given. If you want an insurance agent who only cares about the sale but disappears when assistance is needed, Raj Marfatia fits the bill. I Would NOT recommend.

They are very persistent, and consistent. My insurance agent is name Richard Burns. He has been very patient, informative,  professional,  and consistent this entire time. 5 stars for Peter DiLullo! He's been our loyal Liberty Mutual agent for many years. Company is basically a scam cant get a manager on the phone cant fix a simple billing problem...ask for a manager they send me to another know nothing associate...definitely not a respectable company. Do your self a favor and avoid the hassle

I got a quote from for car insurance, through my employer, I tried to pay online and they don't accept prepaid cards,gift cards or accept cash. These were the only forms of payment I had available to me. I called the number available on the web site  I spoke with an agent and he told me this would be the location I could make a payment at.
I said ok, I waited til Monday morning and started to take the 45min drive to the office 15mins in I thought 🤔 maybe I should call. I called the office and explained why I was coming in  and she politely told me that they did accept payments and the office is by appointment only because the staff is working from home due to covid,. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Everyone is is pretty much cool very helpful to any questions you may have and I'm saving money paying for only what i need

Only been a customer for a month and my declaration page has changed three times increased

Place was closed but recorded me in filing out forms that I got inside there glass on receptionist desk.smh worst company ever.crooks

Can't schedule an appointment online.  No one answers phone.  Automated answering machine does not provide scheduling appointments as an option.

They have poor customer service been calling for three months and unable to talk with adjuster or make an appointment to meet about my personal  property damages

Was a loyal customer for 20 years. Found out I was getting way overcharged. They would not make good. Could have saved thousands of dollars over time. Always make sure to compare rates from time to time.
