As a Car Salesman for Ciocca dealerships I have run into customers complaining about their insurance and saying it’s Probably going to go through the roof once they purchase the car from me. One day I had customers saying the same thing but it was in the presence of my finance director Hassan, he then recommended his friend Ryan who is an insurance agent and said he would take great care of you let me give Asher his number to get you folks squared away. I call Ryan and explained the situation, with happy spirits and confidence he assured my customers that he was going to be able to get them the best insurance catered to their wants and needs. The customers talked with Ryan and he navigated them to a policy that was better coverage than what they currently had for an even cheaper price, they were blown away. He then sent me over all the information I needed and got it to my managers, but all while buying a car within 30 minutes my customers were able to get great insurance all from a upbeat and caring voice, that 30 minutes is including the conversations they would have getting to know each-other it was really cool to see. After we got off the phone with Ryan they said “my current agent is a family member and they were making me pay even more than this for less coverage.” I then kept Ryan’s information and reached out asking if I ever have customers needing insurance can I give you a call he said yes and I’ve gone to him time and time again including tonight on a deal and that’s what prompted me to write this because he truly does amazing work and cares for his customers. I highly recommend Ryan for any insurance needs he will get you taken care of in no time at all and you will feel better off than you did before, keep up the great work Ryan!
