This rating is for Bill and not the insurance companies he may represent. We had multiple terrible experiences filing claims with Liberty Mutual and with the given environment we tried to give the claims adjuster the benefit of the doubt. Bill is our agent and his responsiveness and clear/ straight forward communication was the one shining point of the experience. He truly is an advocate for his clients.

Bill comes from a family of firefighters, he understands that on occasion I can't always reach out to him M-F 9-5... and when I call him he answers and walks me through the steps of filing any claim. I highly recommend him!!!
