Justin Breen, with Comparion Insurance in Memphis, Tennessee, wouldn't answer his phone or return my calls when I needed to add another vehicle to my Liberty Mutual auto insurance policy. I canceled my Liberty Mutual policy because of this. Liberty Mutual should fire Justin Breen. This is very disrespectful to their customers. If I could give zero (0) or negative stars to Justin Breen, I would.

Very disappointed w the quality of service I have received since switching to Adrienne. I came from out of state and my 2 previous agents handled the out of state moves very well for Liberty Mutual. But 3 months into having Adrienne my license was suspended due to her failure to notify the DMV and I didn’t find out for over a year that it had been suspended, this was w all payments being made on time. When I attempted to cancel she refused to answer a simple question on why I needed to provide her w my new insurance information. So if you are moving from another state please be aware that this can and will happen.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Liberty Mutual’s claims department. Here at Liberty Mutual, we want to make sure we are connecting you with the appropriate teams to best address your concerns and needs. This is a local sales office. If you’d like to speak with a claims specialist, please call 800-225-2467.

First, I live in Central Time Zone, so why would you pair me with an agent from the Pacific Time Zone.  When I’m out trying to conduct all the business he is still asleep, and I can’t reach him when I need to ask questions. I have to wait two hours before I can speak with him.

Second, I have to do all the leg work. Then, send all the reports back to Liberty Mutual.

Third, my car is towed and Liberty Mutual doesn’t have a rental car reserved for me. Therefore, I’m without transportation. Did I say it’s was your client fault and not mine.

The rental company didn’t have a car that Liberty Mutual is willing to pay for available until next week, so I asked for them to increase by three dollars , so I can get a rental and was told he( Robert Corson the agent for Liberty Mutual) couldn’t help me.  However, I can pay the difference out of my pocket. Why would I pay out of pocket when you are 100% liable for the wreck.

No, I wouldn’t recommend Liberty Mutual to anyone. This wreck occurred October 2 and, today is October 15.  I’m still without a car.
