If I could give Adrienne 10 stars or more, I would!  Her expertise and personality is phenomenal. It was her reviews that I read when first looking for someone to help me find a new insurance provider, and I’m so thankful that I went forward with her to do so. Warning… think twice before working w her.. Adrienne failed to notify the state that I had insurance even though I paid it in full and on time. Even emailed me saying she fixed the error the day I switched over to her but she in fact did not.  So my license was suspended based on her negligence, and she has done nothing to correct this error and left me stranded to deal with this on my own.

In a family of five, there is always a lot going on, especially with anticipating 2 adolescent drivers.  I forget that Adrienne has only been my agent for 4 years since 2017.  During this time, she has presided over 3 car purchases, a storm damaged roof, a leak onto the kitchen floors, and two car accidents.  She is always looking out for my family, whether it is finding a way to lower rates for my 80-year-old mother or my 15-year-old driver with a learner’s permit.  Adrienne genuinely cares about her clients and she is so dedicated.
I have been with 5 other insurance companies over my life time and she is by far THE BEST agent I have ever had and Liberty Mutual’s coverage and service is head and shoulders above the rest.  When I have worked with other agents, I was always unsure if they remembered who I was.  Not so with Adrienne, she remembers who you are and she will ask if she needs a refresher on a specific incident.  She has always made me feel as if my family mattered to her and that she was as invested in their well-being as I was.
Liberty Mutual is such a great fit because with all the claims that our family has experienced, the same can be said for all the LM adjusters from the follow up after a claim initiation to even the contractors that LM vets to provide repair service to the customer.  As a customer, I have never felt lost or confused with LM, representatives are courteous, patient, and explanatory of next steps and procedures.

First off, Adrienne is amazing. She works so hard to get you the lowest quotes with the best coverage. Before I came to Adrienne I didn't really have any car insurance, I was just a teen living the wreckless high school days without even thinking about car insurance. After almost getting into a million wrecks, I stopped myself and said, " if you wreck this car you won't be able to afford a new one ".  So I talked to my sister about it and she referred me over to Adrienne, it was like an angel was flying down from heaven, the car insurance angel. I started talking to Adrienne and described my current situation. Basically I was 18, had a car since 15, drive a red car, etc. She searched for quotes so fast and I was shocked that insurance could be that low. The funny thing is, months after getting car coverage I got into a wreck on the interstate that wasn't my fault, but with the help of Adrienne and Liberty Mutual I was able to get the exact same car back and resumed my life like nothing happened. So during a time of stress and keep in mind I was a teenager, she made the process so easy and smooth. I didn't have to worry about anything except for small minor forms I had to fill out. That wreck was very traumatic but Adrienne made sure that everything was okay and safe and kept pushing for lower quotes, after being with Adrienne for 1-3 years now, she feels like family.

We have had a great experience working with Adrienne. She helped us set up new policies last year, walked through options and plans and found the perfect thing for us. When we had a limb hit our roof yesterday, I was able to contact her directly and she called me back to discuss a plan of action. I LOVE being able to talk to my agent and not get in a voicemail cycle on the 800 number!
