A friend referred me to Jordan 10 months ago bc I was frustrated with State Farm and their constant rate increases and poor customer service. (I’ve had no accidents or tickets in 10 years) Jordan not only gave me a much lower rate for the exact same vehicle and rental insurance, his customer service has been tremendous! Anytime I’ve needed a document or had a question he responded the same day, even on weekends. Jordan is great at what he does. Highly recommend!

I recently needed to purchase Renter’s Insurance, and I was connected with Jordan, which I am so thankful for. He searched through all of the options that were fitting the requirements that I had given him. He then went out of his way to see if I was eligible for any discounts, which to my surprise, I was able to get a discount! After he got everything setup and we completed the process, Jordan reached out to thank me, which was very thoughtful. I needed copies of my new insurance documentation to provide to my apartment complex. So I reached out to him, and he emailed over everything I needed in less than 5 minutes! Great job, Jordan! If anyone happens to see this, take my recommendation and my word on this, you would be missing out on a great person and good insurance agent, if you didn’t at least give him a shot, as I am sure that he’d be more than happy to check the rates for you (and possible discounts) for any insurance products you have or possibly need! 5 Star Service!!!

Having Jordan as an agent is just the best.  I can call, text, or email him at any time of the day with any issue and he resolves it immediately and gets me taken care of.
