Historically, dealing with insurance was a point of frustration for my family due to the lack of communication, follow up and feeling that my goals were not respected by my agent.

All of this changed when I was introduced to Mr. Fenton by a friend. I could tell immediately that he wanted to hear what my goals and concerns were with respect to my assets and corresponding coverage. While this, on its own, is not a compelling reason to change providers, the availability and responsiveness of Mr. Fenton and his team far exceeded any expectations I had of an insurance agent. To this day, I have NEVER called or text Mr. Fenton and not received an immediate response with subsequent follow up to help me navigate my difficult situation.

Price is also a major point of contention when we are shopping for services and I can happily say that he did not disappoint here either. Suffice it to say that, if you are on the fence about your provider or agent, there is not a doubt in my mind that your perception of the relationship with your agent will take a turn for the best should you work with Mr. Fenton. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.
