They helped me file my taxes and the state took the money for school and Liberty never called me. Also another time I got audited and the tax personnel disappeared! Don’t trust them! I do turbo tax online now.

Whatever you do DON'T do business with liberty mutual.  They lie all the time and Will NOT be there when you have a claim.

I'm sad that I have to agree with the first reviewer that was negative.  The first time I couldn't get a response I had to contact a San Antonio agent before I heard from them.  I was then offered a reduced rate and other promises.  Six months later and I haven't received what I was promised.  My inquiries at first were met with, "we are looking into it".  Now I can't even get someone to respond to my requests.  My agent is Marshall Fenton by the way.
