Tommy is very honest about what he can or cannot do when you are shopping for a less expensive policy. When I had a claim, he was helpful with everything, including helping me find an honest, responsible contractor to handle my repairs. He always returns calls, emails, texts, etc., promptly. Tommy is the man when it comes to insurance coverage and breaking it all down. To the average person, insurance is confusing, at least for me it is.
