Been impressed with Shukura.  She has answered our calls and questions when we have had them.  She has also aided us while we were in the middle of a claim.  She helped push the adjustor to get in touch with us when our adjustor wasnt answering.  We also kept in touch with her on the progress of our claim.  She has been a terrific person to work with.  Been grateful for her help and guidance.

Shukura has been the best to work with!!  She was so helpful in helping us find an auto policy when we bought a new car, so when our homeowners policy was up I knew she would be able to help us find a better rate than what Allstate was offering for our renewal - and I was not disappointed!  She sought multiple quotes with varying options in coverage and deductibles, and when we were ready to sign she even found a last minute deal that was better!  I cannot recommend Shukura enough!  She is a pleasure to work with and knows her stuff.

Shukura is by far the most professional and honest insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. Prior to moving over to her group she would continue keep in touch even to tell me I was good where I stood. O but one day, Shukura was able to score me a deal I couldn’t turndown and now I’m a part of the LibMu fam!! I know it took over 7 years to bring me on board but it was well worth the wait...

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! She doesn't respond to issues. Randomly changes the amount charged and auto drafted from your bank account without explanation. Rates on auto and home policies go up significantly even though we've had no claims. When I did receive a response from her it was vague. When pressed to explain charges she would simply not respond. After years of this (customer for 7 years), I finally cancelled. I was sent a huge bill to pay with no explanation. When I tried to get a clear summary of charges my calls and emails were ignored. The one time I was in an accident through no fault of mine I called her office for help, left messages and was ignored as well. Luckily the other party handled all expenses. We should have never stayed with Liberty Mutual for so many years. Big mistake. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS OFFICE.
