I called Raymond with concerns regarding my homeowners insurance renewal.  It's not often you can say it was a great experience to deal with these kinda things. If you know what I mean.  This was the exception and I'm glad to have worked with Raymond to figure it out.  He addressed all my concerns and then went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied costumer.
