Exercise caution with whom you place your trust. Colin Young has committed unspeakable damage and continues to misrepresent.. One concerning example, he has used other customers' ACH details to cover premiums, which causes your policy to lapse. Promises to follow up and never does. Furthermore, he represents insurance firms that insist on agent-only communications, so you can't reach out to the company directly. Unfortunately, even when reaching out to him, the responsiveness is absent. I would suggest considering other options for your peace of mind.

Literally the worst customer service in the country. There employees don’t care about the customers I got into a car accident and they placed me in a loop for over 5 weeks. The guy Daniel Romero was supposed to handle my claim called me once and disappears every time I called back he would hang up. You try to talk to someone else they hand you to someone not available. People be aware this place is a joke. If your claim is transferred here do your self a favor and get a lawyer right away like I’m about to do.

Horrible company! They are the liability company for Mars pet care. There pet food had plastic particles in the Cesar dog food causing me $1500.00 in vet bills.  Liberty Mutual would not reimburse me.  They said I couldn’t prove it was the dog food that gave my dog severe swelling of the stomach and pain. I have the x ray to prove it that I sent to them and the veterinarians notes specifically says foreign particles are found in the food that was in my dogs stomach.   Alma Gomez the manager took a week to email me back on this issue, and still will take no responsibility in reimbursement.  Liberty Mutuals client mars pet care company never conducted an investigation with my veterinarian. My veterinarian never was contacted for a thorough investigation by Mars pet care or liberty mutual. Mars pet care has a history with the Better Business Bureau for having complaints from pet owners who have all had the same issues with vet bills and sick dogs from plastic being in the dog food since 2016 through 2023. Thank God my dog survived, unfortunately it broke my bank.

Climate change is a LIE. We need CO2- if anything there isn’t ENOUGH CO2. The trees need it- there is a reason why plants were gigantic 3000 years ago. Stop complaining about climate change

RUDE Agents & Management... HORRIBLE to DEAL with in filing a Claim! They're happy to take your money for insurance, but not so happy to resolve and pay out claims... dragging them out until they legally expire. AVOID the HASSLE - AVOID this COMPANY! After being with USAA for years I thought we were getting a great rate. I quickly found out after calling liberty mutual that they could save us over $150 a month for our cars and home. Also the representatives I worked with were fantastic, very professional, personable, and asked all the right questions.

Also I support that liberty mutual was insuring the keystone Pipeline. Its much more environmentally friendly compared to having trains and barges constantly going up and down from Canada to the US.  I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

My experience with Liberty Mutual was shared with Jim, an agent at this location. He was extremely professional, but at the same time, was so friendly that I felt like I've known him a long time. I did an online quote which was about $425, but after talking to Jim, he was able to include some great savings the online process couldn't, so he saved me a lot of money!!! He really knows what he's doing. Shout out to Jim because with the money he helped me save, I can use it towards my family and things they need. God bless you Jim.

Liberty Mutual's blatant disregard for the environment is appalling and makes me question why we support big insurance companies in the first place. We are aware of Liberty Mutual's investments in polluting projects, and you need to consider their impact on the environment (on YOUR Earth) before you choose to use them as a provider. Liberty Mutual needs to listen to their customers calling for a change to protect the environment, marginalized communities,  and future generations instead of being driven by money. We won't stand for this greed!!!

Put the priority of the people over the economic interests that harm our environment. Invest in a greener and more sustainable future.

I am appalled at the investments this company makes in dirty fossil fuel projects that contribute to the climate crisis! They are funding the devastation of our planet. Do every little thing you can to save this world for future generations. Do not give these vultures money!

Liberty Mutual needs to put their money towards the planet and the people, not funding carbon emitting projects that end up costing everyone more.
I have had a relatively good experience with LM, however I may have to look elsewhere for insurance coverage since I cannot support businesses that do not take these issues into consideration.

The fact that Liberty Mutual insures & invests in Climate Destruction  should be enough to keep people from seeking their services or even recognize their existence. They could help more people and be more productive if they had a more positive reputation and would sponsor more worthwhile causes as Food Banks, The Police, The Military and COVID-19 cures.

It would appear that profit comes before planet with continued investment in climate damaging industries.

Liberty Mutual has OVER $5 BILLION (yes, with a B) invested in drilling in the Permian. And yet, when a policyholder's home is damaged from climate-related disasters, they refuse to pay out. They are profiting from human misery. As a Texan, I am appalled and demand they do better.

Impact on asset values. I was born and raised in the Texas Coastal Bend. The last of my family recently sold out and moved to Waco on account of fossil fuel encroachment into their bedroom suburb In the meantime, changing sea elevations are making some roads impassible during high tides, and TAMUCC has done studies to project sea level rise and to identify assets at risk, along with values. The handwriting is on the wall. I will consider Liberty Mutual's investment policies, along with that of other insurers, when renewing my policies. Thank you, Liberty Mutual for reconsidering your investment practices as they pertain to fossil fuels and planetary health.

Liberty Mutual takes our premiums to help fund environmental destruction.  STOP FUNDING environmentally harmful projects.  You can do better, LM!

I am disappointed to learn that Liberty Mutual is invested in energy projects that are contributing to climate change.

Most days I wake up / walk around with a knot in the pit of my stomach because of impending climate destruction. Unless we take the widespread bold action to get us in line with what the scientific community is telling us needs to happen, we won't be able to stop this trajectory we're on. Stop using premiums paid by your costumers to back fossil fuel projects and petrochemical build out. The future is in renewable and sustainable energy, not in these boom and bust industries. Do the right thing, Liberty Mutual: divest from dirty fossil fuel projects and invest in sustainable projects that promote survival, not climate destruction and decimation.

Liberty Mutual pretends to care about protecting the climate and environmental issues but continues to finance environmentally harmful projects from the Permian Basin all the way to the Gulf Coast.

Liberty Mutual has over $5.5 billion tied up in oil and gas activities that contribute directly to climate change.

I am a Liberty Mutual policy-holder and I am extremely disappointed that the company continues to insure and finance polluting fossil fuel projects. This is no way to provide for a livable planet for your policy-holders and the billions of people on Planet Earth many of whom are losing their homes, livelihoods or lives because of the effects of climate change.

I was disappointed to hear that Liberty Mutual has decided to continue financing the Trans Mountain Pipeline in clear opposition to the interests of the communities directly impacted and our planet. This is even more heartbreaking as other insurers have decided not to be involved in that project.

I'm a Plano resident and our shared future depends upon putting concerns for the climate ahead of profits and lip service. Until you take substantive steps implementing policies that support my children's future shame on you.

I will "share my own experiences" - My niece in California has had her home burned to the ground by wildfires. King tides (driven by a rising sea level) are eroding South Padre Island away, where I like to visit. Summers in Central Texas are getting hotter, raising my energy bills. A hurricane has damaged my brother-in-law's house on the gulf coast. These events are all being made worse by Climate Change, and Liberty Mutual keeps funding the damage. PLEASE STOP NOW!

I have Liberty Mutual products and I am very disappointed to learn that you are supporting the pipeline industry.  It is long past time to move towards renewables.  Please re-consider your stance.

Please stop insuring the petroleum industry. Continued support of this industry does not move us forward to a less environmentally harmful energy. You are contributing to the damage to our environment, and the future of your children and grandchildren by insuring a petroleum company for environmental accidents.
