I can't say enough about my experience with Mary today.  She was so warm and friendly, yet efficiently took my information and quickly got quotes from multiple companies for me. It is so wonderful to find a local agent and be able to interact personally with them. In addition, I didn't have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with multiple agents to find the best company for me.  Mary was able to do it for me in minutes. After deciding on the company, Mary explained what was necessary in clear terms and put my policy in place right away.  She emailed the documents to me and  assured me she would stay in touch.  I feel like a have made a new friend today.  Mary is the greatest.

I happened onto Mary Baird quite by accident as I wanted to inquire into combined Home & Auto insurance rates and felt inclined to test Liberty Mutual and wanted to use a local Sandy agent.
The long and short of it was I was initially directed to a phone number in Florida and because I wanted a local agent in Sandy, Utah, was re-routed by the Liberty gentleman to a phone answered by Mary and felt soon after speaking with her that she was the person I should be talking to for my endeavor.
As it turned out, even though the site was owned by Liberty, it did not contain that name and she was able to compare rates from several different companies and the one chosen was not with Liberty.
Mary did a fine job accomplishing what I was attempting.
