I initially worked with Ms. Monica Elliott when I bought my first home and she answered all my questions I had about home insurance and had a lot of patience with me. That is why when I was looking for a new auto insurance policy, I went to her to help me bundle my home and my car insurance. I have referred her to my parents and will refer her to any one else.

Rhett Pfitzer is nothing more than a salesman. He doesn't actually do any service related things. He refers you to his "team". Getting ahold of him is next to impossible once he's got your money. Also, he is in it for the commission and doesn't care if your premiums go up. He has little patience for questions and no customer service skills post sale. I would not do business with him again.

Rhett drastically altered the terms on my automatically renewing homeowner’s policy without consulting me then ducked repeated calls for over a month. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone else at the agency they recommended canceling my policy immediately without other coverage in place which would have put me in breach of the terms of my mortgage.
