Worst company ever. They will lie to you just keep your money. If you know what’s good for you, you won’t pick Liberty. Liberty clear means something else to them

I think that Mark and the staff at Comparion have been a great asset to me and my husband,  in picking our renters and car insurance.  We have horrible experiences before working with Comparion!

June will make 2 years with Liberty Mutual however instead of renewing my plan, they are canceling it. I feel like they are discriminating against me as a woman. The reason for my cancelation is due to 4 tows I claimed. (A service I pay additional on my plan) So because I live in a city with horrible streets, needed to get tires replaced and had to have a tow to do so... I am being canceled. No other claims ever filed. Their commercials are a job. Pay for what you need? I needed a tow and because I used it, I am being canceled so what they really want is for you to pay for their insurance and never really use it. (I understand thats not how they make money) but really? because I used the towing service.

The person who answered the phone (Natalie) was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After telling her information about my claim, she started to read details about when the rental was taken back. When she stopped talking I told her the rental was taken back on the 10th of June not the 13th of June. She proceeded to say "whatever you say" when it was brought up that what she said was not okay, she then said "I'm not going to get into this with you" that is when I told her "I will be calling the 1-800 number to talk to someone else." Will never do business with this location again.

Making problems with car claims. LM does not have Customer Support department or they are hiding CS address.

Yesterday I followed instructions of "Response from the owner" with the same results: first a man said one word and disconnected after a minute, another call switched to voice recorder.

My home policy went up from $900 12 years ago to $2900 in 2019. I had a storm claim maybe 5 yrs ago BUT!!! THAT wasn't the reason of increase because ABSOLUTELY EVERY YEAR THEY INCREASED THE PREMIUM about $200 like clockwork....(prior to claim). When I questioned absolutely nobody could tell me why the increase... finally I got someone to send me an email detailing the increase every year but never WHY it was increased BEFORE any claim submitted. Todzel was very thorough in helping me get understanding. I finally found a much better home insurance plan. In that regard ..... Bad Bad Bad Customer Service.

They changed my deductible from 250 to 2500 after my car got stole
And they took six months in advance, and they kept charging month to month
, the claim department rude, they’ll never answer your call

I am SO disappointed in the Liberty Mutual/Safeco customer service.  If you call for information regarding a claim you will wait on hold for over 40 minutes and no one will ever answer the call.  It does not matter what time of day you call you will always receive a recording that there are many people ahead of you and the hold time will be between 25 and 40 minutes.  Then if you opt to "have someone call you back when it's your turn in line" (according to their automated system) you will eventually receive a call and then continue to get transferred to different reps and you will have to repeat what you are requesting several times. I would not recommend Liberty Mutual/Safeco to anyone due to very poor customer service.

garabage, I added a road assistant in my policy. My car stop in middle of no where in a cold night at 3 AM. I called them to hook me up with a free towing service or small fee since I have the road assistance. Long story short they asked for $550 include my road assistant plane to tow my car for 31 miles only!!! I called a towing service and they charged me $120 that i paid from my bucket. Another Issue, I have 2 cars in my plane and I sold one so than I called them to take off my other car from the plan. I thought they will reduce %50 of the payment or so but no they reduce only $5. I used to pay $116 for 2 cars and the new payment with only one car is $112. I canceled my policy all they care about is money not service.

Well looks like they are more interesting in your personal live than just help you to get insurance this company sucks

I've read their web page. It says they don't take 3rd party insurances but for a year they were charging me for a 3rd party saying I wanted insurance and I didn't! I told them I never wanted that insurance but they said we are 100 percent charging you for insurance a 3rd party said you wanted. They should be ashamed of their business. I also had emails saying I never wanted that insurance. Please don't get in the same situation as I was. Just don't do it. They are no good. No matter how many times you call them they will do something this dirty!

Your commercials with the "out of work actor" are so annoying, I would never even consider you as an insurance company knowing my money could be helping fund commercials like that. Please stop

I met Tyler Breu about a year ago.  He has now worked with me on several insurance quotes, providing extremely detailed review, honest assessments, and trustworthy recommendations.  He is so professional and great to deal with.  I highly recommend him.

Signed up for auto and home owners.  Agent talked me into "right track" 90 day monitor driving.  Guaranteed rate would only go down, can't go up is what he said, but upon completion of the program one of the policies rate went up.  Right Track is a scam and agents lie to sell the policies.   If they start out dishonest, I can only imagine what filing a claims end result would be.

They were great the first 10 years we were with them but within the last five years my premiums were increasing 25-30% with no claims, accidents or tickets!  This year was the final straw when I received our auto policy and it increased $1400.  Dropped them and found another company that was able to increase our home owner coverage and keep the same coverage on all of our vehicles for $2000 cheaper!
