I have had my Home and Auto Insurance with Liberty Mutual since 2010. In the past five years the Home Insurance has continued to increase more each year. This year it increased to the point that I was not able to continue paying this amount for the coming year. 
On March 4,  I called the Liberty Mutual Office, hoping to speak to an agent.  Of course, I got the A/I speaker, and kept repeating, “ I want to speak to a person about my Home Insurance,” over and over.  I believe the Lord heard me because I was answered by Mr. Wesley Carr. 
At first I assumed he worked for Liberty Mutual but Mr. Carr was too exceptionally and caring, and attentive about really listening to me and my concerns about not being able to continue paying for my  Home Insurance. He asked several important questions for me to answer about what I actually wanted and needed in a Home Insurance Policy. I was very impressed that he really cared and was willing to work to help me. 
Mr. Carr called me later in the day to tell me he had found a reasonable offer of a Home Insurance  that covered my needs for half the cost of the new Liberty Mutual Policy for this year.  The offer came from a very reputable Insurance Company. He provided me with their phone number and the code for the insurance policy to have when I called them.
I thought Mr.Carr was very professional, informed, knowledgeable, willing to listen, willing to thoroughly discuss, and then to help me or anyone. He excelled at keeping in touch with me through calls and emails throughout that day and the next day as well.  I can without and reserve and gladly recommend Mr. Carr, as my continued Agent, and to anyone needing any Insurance assistance.
