Had an issue with my insurance where it automatically cancelled without being notified. He went out of his way to contact the proper people to override the error and reinstate my insurance without missing a beat.

Great guy to work with. He used  lot of his personal time to resolve an issue with my new vehicle VIN number. Other agencies could not or would not do so. Even the dealership could not resolve it! He did with a lot of time and effort.
