Spoke with my agent Kim Brennan who yelled at me when I questioned why my auto insurance went up over $2,000 with no accidents or tickets. No warning why my rates went up and terrible customer service. I would not recommend liberty to anyone! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I've had them for a few years now and have not needed anything from them until recently. I was waiting for a document that I needed to send to the dmv and although they originally said 24-48 hours, it's going to be a week already and they still don't have it ready. I keep getting told that they will have it done by a certain day/time but every time I have called to make sure it is done it keeps getting pushed back because they have not started the process. I finally got someone to process it and they said to give them 24 MORE hours to complete. I called again the next day and was told it wasn't completed and would take ANOTHER 72 hours to process. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. Once this document is FINALLY completed I will be canceling my policy and leaving this company. Either they are lying about the amount of time it takes or they are inefficient. Why would I want to stay with this company?
