I met Ray Reza Mazaheri in a random phone call to a local Liberty Mutual office when I was considering an insurance switch.  It's been a few years but I remember him for his patience and respect in handling detailed explanation addressing my questions and concerns.  Fast forward to a few weeks ago after receiving a notice letter of non-renewal property insurance for tree issues surrounding my house. It had been years, but I reached out to Ray for advice.  Again, he was thoughtful and methodical and encouraged me to fix the issue, send in photos, and take the 50-50 chance of renewal.  California's in a current crisis with the ongoing issue of new homeowner policies and cancellation of longtime insurance clients.  I took the gamble and my insurance bundle was swiftly, and thankfully, renewed.  I almost spent valuable weeks reaching out to other companies instead of responding to Liberty face on.  In large part, I owe it to Ray for keeping me in the right lane.
