I haven't heard anything from Joel, when I contacted him a few weeks ago he stated that I was on his list to call the following week.....Needless to say I'm still waiting for his call.

I recently reevaluated my insurance policies due to getting married next month. I found out that my coverage wasnt as good as it should been. I gave Joel a chance to quote auto insurance and home owner insurance.

It just seemed like no sense of urgency, coverage wasn’t quite as good, and it took a little longer to get the quote.  We decided to go to State Farm insurance.

Ive had a good relationship over the years so I texted Joel that I needed to cancel.  This is when things went down hill. He said he couldn’t cancel via text.  So I email him and had State Farm fax him also. After two days with no response I texted him again and he told me to call the 1800 number for Liberty Mutual.

Beware the customer service is a smokescreen.

I live by a code Blessed going in and blessed going out.  Always do the best for customers and non customers.  This is not what I have experienced.

Admittedly, I have never been a customer of this agency, and I never will be. I have had other communication with the owner online, and found him to be unpleasant, arrogant, and rude. My insurance business goes elsewhere.

When we were shopping for homeowners insurance we were given extremely high quotes. Joel was quick and friendly and the price is amazing. Another realtor actually recommended him to us because she uses him and has never had anything but good feedback. I and my realtor will be recommending him and liberty mutual to anyone we know. And no we're not related, just coincidence.
