I have to admit the email I got from Cristina Motta I was suspicious, thinking it was spam because of the " if it sounds to good to be true" regarding the numbers. And I have been spammed for $2000.00. I did call Liberty Mutual and they confirmed your company. I have since communicated with her this morning by phone and she has been extremely helpful, professional. Explaining the process and how she was going to handle the closure of my Liberty accounts and notify my bank about the Travels insurance. I feel she is a wonderful asset to you company. Working with Nick over the last 4 years has always been great… but his most recent achievement in actually reducing my homeowners insurance premium has been truly remarkable. I had called around hoping to mitigate a 60% increase over last year’s premium with no success…. all other insurance companies I called were actually more expensive than the price I was trying to escape. Until I called Nick! He actually worked with me to find a new company he could transition me to the at would actually reduce my premium by 7% without reducing my coverage or increasing my deductible. I even got to keep a bundle discount with my auto coverage in spite of the insurers being two different companies. Hats off to this guy. You won’t regret giving him a call!
