Sherry has been a rock to work with. My previous agent at Liberty had retired years ago with no transition. After several years without a new agent, Liberty re-assigned us to Sherry and can’t thank her enough. She jumped right in to review all our policies and make the necessary changes to better align us with our needs. She is VERY responsive and knows a ton about the Liberty Mutual product lines. She has provided several options and guidance on all different policies including Life, Auto and home owner policies. Editing to add - I was told everything was all set but my mortgage company was never sent the new policy. Now I have nonpayment notices from the insurer and threats of buying another policy on my behalf from the mortgage company, with no response from Sherri. I think I figured out how to successfully fax from my computer on Christmas Day (time I got the notices) so it should be handled although really frustrating. But, if you’re new to this process like I am be sure to handle the paperwork yourself to avoid a mess.
