Here at Liberty Mutual, we want to make sure we are connecting you with the appropriate teams to best address your concerns and needs. This is a local sales office. I have been on the phone for over 3plus hours trying to connect with this company and no one answers - you try to log  into their web portal for help and that's down.  the representative they assigned me is not answering on a Monday Morning.  Soon as this claim is complete, i'm dumping this company first thing, or possibly sooner.

Miserable insurance company, all they care about is the mighty dollar they get from your pocket, I never had an accident in 65 years of driving and they keep jacking up my fees. They promised to have a supervisor call me within 2 days. it has been 4 days and nobody ever called me back. This company has no ethics left, except for the dollar. Don't insure through them they don't even deserve a single star as far as I am concerned.

Liberty mutual is the worst. Very unprofessional, non knowledgeable, and lack at communicating with customers. This has been the worst experience ever. I joined liberty mutual December 4th after switching from GEICO. The worst decision I have ever made. Everything has gone downhill from there. I could never get my claim Adjustor on the phone, including managers. No one able to provide me with substantial information. No one had any knowledge on the status of my 2021 Q50 l am disgusted, dissatisfied, and disappointed with liberty mutual. I have ended my policy with them and will resume back to GEICO insurance. You get what you pay for. I was paying 307 with GEICO and 237 with liberty… I should have never changed over to liberty mutual. Please be aware before you think about insuring with liberty mutual.

Horrible company just trying to get a quote was like pulling teeth.  The agent was rude and obnoxious.  If your car is not brand new they will transfer you to a different company.  I felt like I was talking to the ostrich in the commercial.  STAY away from this company.

Please read!!!!!! Jacqueline Fernandez charged my account behind my back when shopping multiple companies quotes for auto insurance. I didn’t authorize or sign anything and she initiated it before I had a chance to compare all options. Stay away from this office and company. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Jennifer wrote a policy for me 5 years ago.  I agreed to paperless billing.  The policy auto renews.  This year they raised my premium by over $4000.  NO tickets, NO accidents, never a claim.  Although I'm paperless, they told me they don't advise rate increases on email.  I talked to them on the phone two weeks before this "increase" and I was not told of the change.   They set it up to pay in arrears so I didn't see that they slipped the increase in.  Did they raise their rates for all customers in Florida by that extreme amount or only those in their 60's.  They said my problem is with the post office even though I have paperless.  This is a savage way to treat a loyal customer.  They refuse to adjust this.  Stay far far away.

Two ladies came into our office yesterday and asked to speak to our employee. Our front door clearly states "NO SOLICITING" as do most of the offices in our complex. They asked for my coworker and he was on the phone. I welcomed them in as I believed they were looking for our services. After he finished his call, he asked them if he could help them. They said they wanted to sell us insurance. We told them that Nick does not handle that part of the company. I asked how they got his name and they said the website. We gave them our office manager's name and then they left. Both of them have since gone on our Google and blasted us. THIS IS SO WRONG - LIBERTY MUTUAL I EXPECT YOU TO REPRIMAND YOUR EMPLOYEES AND HAVE THEM TAKE DOWN THEIR POSTS IMMEDIATELY. OUR OFFICE SAYS -- NO SOLICITING!!!! BIANCA RIVERA AND CHERYL -- THEY ARE A CANCER WITHIN YOUR COMPANY

Amazing Company and Tamara is an amazing Agent.  I have heard her talk to many people about getting the best coverage for their family.  PS: I love her and have been her husband for almost 20 years :-)  Giver her a call!
