Michael at Comparison Insurance Agency was unbelievably helpful to me in the process of finding the best car insurance policy at the best price. I was told by my previous company that there was nothing they could do to lower my rates and premium while paying $360 a month. I called today to inquire about a new homeowners policy after being treated badly buy our current carrier.
Emily Peterson answered right away and was so very helpful! From starting with basic information @ about 10:30 am we had a new binding contract with our new carrier by 4 pm! Micheal is the best! I’m 34 years old,  I’ve never had it easier than working with Micheal,  he insured two cars for me and got me down from over $1000 with progressive to in the $600 range with liberty mutual. Super nice guy and very responsive, the first time I called him I left a voicemail and he called me back within 5 minutes. A nightmare to fix a cancellation issue (not cancelled correctly by Michael and insurance company) even before the effective start date.  Michael just tell you to call customer service.  He is really good to sell you, but later… he “cant” do anything.  Take this 1 star, you know I tried and I can even post the screenshots of text messages.
