I've had Randy as my agent for over a year now, and he is by far the best insurance agent I've worked with.  I first contacted Randy when my previous insurance agent told me that my only option for renewing my homeowners policy was to make several thousand dollars in improvements to my house.  A friend recommended that I call Randy and by the next day I had a new policy...for a lower cost and without any additional work needed to be done to my house.  I have since switched my auto insurance over to Randy as well because he just makes the whole process so easy.  He's always just a phone call or text away, and always willing to answer any questions you may have.

Insurance rates are out of control.  You need a good agent on your side.  We have been working with Randy since 2009.  Just recently Randy suggested we have a wind mitigation inspection as we may be able to save some money.  Wow, our home insurance dropped more than $1,500 a year.  15yrs in he is still looking out for us.  Very rare in today’s world.

Replies fast, works fast. Got me new car insurance in literally 15 minutes and for $90 cheaper than what i was paying. All I had to do was answer a few questions and they did the work for me. If youve never been good at shopping around for car insurance, like me, then i highly recommend you give them a call or shoot them a text.

Randy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.   We were being pushed out by our existing homeowner's insurance after 10 years of being a customer, being forced to replace an old, but perfectly good roof last year, and then receiving large increases year over year (40% last year, 53% this year).  A family member recommended Randy/Liberty Mutual, noting they have worked with him for many years.

Since then, it has been a night and day difference - lower rates, better coverage, a lot of communication about our options, and answering all our questions.  He was open and transparent about our options and listened to our needs.

I just texted him a question at 07:30 PM and he responded - not only is he accessible, he is going *above* and *beyond* what he should have to.   We have been really impressed with what a better experience this has been and we will absolutely recommend Randy/Liberty to all of our friends and family.
