In 2021 I started with 1 policy with Jon Casanova. I was new to FL at the time and was hesitant to take the leap of faith and put all of my eggs into one basket. So I had my home, auto, life insurance, jewelry insurance and pet insurance policies spread out throughout multiple agents. By continually being present and focused on my best interests when others weren’t, by 2023 I had moved all of my policies to Jon Casanova. Jon did an excellent job in handling both our auto and home owners insurance. Professional, and easy to talk to. Explanations were on point and thorough.  Jon took care of also notifying our current companies on terminating our policies, and informing them to remit our refunds. Follow through was appreciated and communication was good.
