Very positive business experience working with Brian Bliss of Liberty Mutual.  Recently we added a new car auto insurance policy to our existing home owner's policy.  The dealer notified us of the new car arrival on Thursday afternoon, all insurance documents were completed in less than 24 hours and we picked up the new car on Saturday morning.
