My father became a client of Denise many many years ago.  She helped us transition all of my parents' policies to my mother when my father passed away a couple of years ago.  This year, my mother's policies had a major price increase.  Denise proactively alerted us to this and prepared quotes for essentially the same coverage at HALF the price.  It's been a pleasure working with her.  She is very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to do business with. We have homeowners, auto and an umbrella policy with her.

I called Denise literally the last day (Friday) before my auto insurance renewed, indicating I wanted to lower my insurance premium either with my current carrier or with another carrier she could recommend.  She came back within hours with both...but the best deal (dramatically lower cost) was with an alternative carrier for which she provided a written quote.  I approved the offer Monday AM...we signed all paperwork and had the new insurance 12AM Tuesday...incredible!  I find it amazing she did all this with just 3 short phone calls.  Denise is super responsive. It is obvious she is a professional that cares deeply about the customer and the quality of her work.  Completely exceeded expectations with responsiveness, timeliness, and $avings!  I look forward to working with her in the future (homeowners...coming up in Feb!)

I've had the pleasure with working with Ms. Denise for about a week in a half on getting a new insurance policy. She was a great help with getting me a better policy from my previous company who was robbing me blind. I was paying $344 dollars for only liability. I was under the impression that I had full coverage and then I met the wonderful Denise Ford who in return got me a full coverage policy not only did she get me a new policy, I pay under $250 dollars. And she did it with excellent customer service, bubbly personality, she made me feel like I've known her since my childhood. I would recommend anyone to use her. Thank you Ms. Denise for all the help you gave and now it's time for me to pay Georgia Power with the extra savings you got me! 😂
