Really wanted to like her and this experience but it wasn’t the most ideal. I recently traded inmy jeep for a new Camry so I was on the look for insurance and since her reviews were all great I trusted this would be a great experience. After days of back and forth over email (unfortunately phone calls are just not an option for me) we finally settled on a  auto quote. I pay my bill to start the policy just to go to my documents and find that we reinsured the jeep I no longer have and not the new Camry I am driving.. so now I have to wait on progressive to refund me that money and when trying to start a new quote to fix it suddenly my rates jump to 100+ more than I was already paying monthly and $400 more on the total policy so like 260+ a month with a almost 300 initial payment after just paying 2 days ago 280 ish to get the insurance that was supposed to be for this car but wasn’t . Even tho online my quote with everything in and ran came up as $209 with a $210 initial payment.. how is that making any sense.. so here I am sitting waiting on 275 to be refunded to me from progressive and then another unrelated 550 to also be refunded so I don’t have the money to get another policy started today which will cause a lapse in coverage since I had to cancel the policy she did for me..
