I reached out to Vanessa immediately after having an issue with my previous insurance company. She dropped everything she had going on to take the time to make sure that I was taken care of and had the answers to all of my questions. She further more made it hands down the easiest process to start. She walked me through my old companies paperwork to help me identify exactly what was needed, and was willing to upload documents on my behalf when I wasn't sure where to upload them. Her amazing professionalism and care of my concerns has led greatly to me believing she is simply the best as what she does! Her no pressure approach to finding you the best policy for you never makes you feel as if your being sold something that you don't need. I would recommend her 10/10 times!

After my former Liberty Mutual agent left, I was at a loss on what to do. I had to deal with the call center for a minor accident and they were clueless. Vanessa has been so helpful for all my insurance needs! I switched my auto insurance over to Liberty Mutual thinking I wouldn’t ever hear from anyone personally, being a large company and all. A few days later though, Vanessa called to introduce herself as my local representative and to make sure everything so far had been satisfactory. She asked me about my life, not just insurance needs, and I told her my son was a little sick. When she called me a week or so later (to let me know I could save some money on my auto policy by switching my renters insurance to Liberty Mutual also!) she remembered about my son and asked how he was doing. That, more than anything to do with insurance, sold me on working with Vanessa and Liberty Mutual. It’s hard to find service and care like that nowadays and Vanessa has my full recommendation! Plus I’m getting a good rate, and that’s also pretty nice.
