We had an excellent experience with our agent at Comparion! She gave us multiple quote options from different insurance companies back so we got to choose our coverage. She also was very timely in responding back to us. Super friendly crew.

Extremely unprofessional agents. We received quotes for our home and autos then without our authorization they started those policies. Now we have a disaster of getting everything canceled refunded and switched to another company. Would not recommend to anyone.

They took money out of my account and had no permission u switched carriers and I pay 69 less they're good at first just watch your account at all times

These Folks Never answer the Phone. wait days to get a response, Keep raising rates & when you inquire about why rates are going up they get pretty Rude. Started with a good rate but the Customer service is Piss poor. I do NOT recommend.

Liberty Mutual has been very unprofessional towards us and the auto body shop working with our claim. Our agent Erica Black has taken weeks to get ahold of. As a result my husband and I are having to pay extra fees because of her lack of professionalism. We may not be policy holders through this insurance but that should have no affect on how we are treated. When an insurance company needs to get involved with anyone there should be respect towards everyone involved. The auto body shop hasn’t been paid therefore we can’t claim our car. And we haven’t been paid for our rental. Very very disappointed with the service from liberty mutual and will NEVER recommend or speak highly of liberty mutual. By far the worst we have ever been treated by any company! Don’t go through liberty mutual if you want respect from your insurance company!!!!!

I've been trying to help my mom get her insurance claim settled for her roof. The agents who have been helping her so far keep giving her the run-around. When I tried finding a number for the local office all I got was an 800 number that connected me to somebody out of state. It's been half a year now and this claim still isn't settled. Liberty Mutual is the last place I will go through for insurance.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY. We had a hail storm that came through last year resulting in our roof needing replaced, ac unit, siding, trim, gutters and paint. You guys switches agents on us 4 different times, and now after the claim was closed, you adjusted the amount. Resulting in us owing $2,000 to the roofer AND we now dont have money to get everything else fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY WHO WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. You just lost our business, we will be switching to another company for home and auto insurance. I only want to deal with HONEST COMPANIES. I WORK HARD FOR MY HOME AND MY MONEY AND DO NOT LIKE BEING ROBBED. Thanks for nothing you horrible people.
