I received great news on our insurance plan that we currently hold. I appreciate that Melissa did not try to convince me to change providers or switch my plan, especially since it would only be a few dollars difference on one part of the plan. It is outstanding and not a regular occurrence for an insurance agent to allow the policyholder to remain with their current provider, and for the agent to miss out on a potential sale.

This shows me that Melissa is does her job with a focus on integrity and building trustworthy relationships, versus the alternative of making sales. As a consumer I really appreciate this and look forward to working with her again in the future!

The process was smooth and simple and took me really less than 5 minutes to submit the information for a quote, and within a couple days I received a response and was able to make an educated decision based on the information and expertise of the agent.
